Synopsis
Barb and Star is the story of two women from Nebraska who lose their jobs and decide to go on an adventure to Vista del Mar, a fictional city in Florida. On their trip, there is a mass murder plot, musical numbers, talking crabs, and a sea spirit named Trish. It’s a wild, comedic ride.
Quick Thoughts
I absolutely love this movie, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Only some people can relate to Barb and Star spending a three-hour plane ride making up a story for a fictional character named Trish.
