Over the last few months, I’ve been working with an executive coach. It’s been eye-opening because the first thing that she said to me was that my current business plan was not sustainable.
I loved this tough-love advice and immediately started thinking about how to scale book coaching into something that was more practical— I searched for “ different [income] streams”, as my coach instructed.
I kept coming back to an idea I had a few months ago about getting involved with businesses and conducting corporate workshops. This would give me more opportunities to help people connect to their creativity. I could help many more folks improve their personal wellness and professional success through the creative process.
This was all spurred by my consistent interest in the intersection of creativity and neuroscience. I’ve known since I was a kid that creativity was fun and made me feel good, but I never knew why.
